Topps has announced the card redeemable for week No. 2 in the 2012 Home Run Legends Prime 9 program is the legendary Babe Ruth (redemption card No. 2). Every week (for nine straight weeks), Topps will announce a “Prime 9 Player of the Week.” Willie Mays was the player of the week in Week 1.

Collectors holding the corresponding Prime 9 Redemption card for that week can bring the card into their participating local HTA store and redeem it for an exclusive limited-edition Topps Chrome Refractor.

Redemption cards can be found in 2012 Topps Baseball Series 1 Hobby packs (1:18) and Jumbo packs (1:5). Each card is denoted by a week number (1, 2, 3, etc.). Stay tuned next Friday to find out which Home Run Legend will be designated as redemption card No. 3.
